Observed a matki seed soaked in water for tomorrow’s lunch. The while part looks particularly interesting . It’s the part from where sprouts emerge I guess. Does anyone know what the tissue is called !

I observed the black powder on an onion with my compound microscope. This is what I saw . Looked very different compared to pics I had seen on internet.

A boring looking leaf can look very interesting under a microscope. Managed to click some beautiful images of leaf trichomes using my microscope. The round headed are glandular trichomes I guess !!
